Terms of service
Effective from: 2026-04-23
These terms set out the rules for using the vorelo.app website to join the waitlist for the Vorelo app. Written plainly, no legalese, but with everything the law requires.
§1. General provisions
The Service Provider is Kacper Stelmach — Net Solution, a sole proprietorship registered with the Polish Central Register of Businesses (CEIDG), ul. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej 11/1, 50-381 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8982235877, email: contact@vorelo.app. The Service Recipient (hereinafter: "User") is a natural person using the vorelo.app website. "Website" means the page available at vorelo.app together with its subpages. "Service" means the ability to join the waitlist and receive notifications about the Vorelo app.
§2. Type and scope of the service
The Service Provider offers a free electronic service consisting of: (a) adding the User's email address to the waitlist; (b) sending notifications about the launch of the Vorelo app, the opening of beta testing, and material changes to the project to that address — provided the User has given separate consent under GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law. The Service is provided in Polish and English.
§3. Technical requirements
To use the Service you need: a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) in the current version or up to two versions behind, JavaScript enabled, an active email address, and a stable internet connection.
§4. Forming the agreement
An agreement for the Service is formed the moment the User enters their email address, checks the box giving consent to data processing and to receiving commercial communications, successfully passes Cloudflare Turnstile verification, and clicks "Join." The message "Thanks! We've saved your email" confirms that the agreement has been formed. The agreement is for an indefinite term and may be terminated by the User at any time per §5.
§5. Terminating the agreement
The User may terminate the agreement and request deletion of their data at any time by emailing contact@vorelo.app with the subject line "Unsubscribe." The Service Provider removes the address within 7 days and confirms by email. The Service Provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the following cases: a material breach of these terms (e.g., signing up someone else's address without their consent, or attempting to circumvent form safeguards); expiry of consent after 24 months without communication. Termination results in automatic deletion of the data.
§6. Rules of use
The following are prohibited: signing up someone else's email address without their consent; signing up repeatedly in a short time in an automated way; attempting to circumvent the anti-spam mechanisms (honeypot, Turnstile, rate limiter); taking any action that disrupts the operation of the Website or the Service Provider's infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and — in serious cases — referral to law enforcement.
§7. Complaints
Complaints concerning the Service can be submitted by email to contact@vorelo.app. A complaint should include: the User's name and email address, a description of the problem, and the expected resolution. The Service Provider reviews the complaint within 14 days from receipt and replies to the User's email address. No response within that period means the complaint has been accepted.
§8. Liability
The Service is provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee that launch notifications will reach the User on any specific date, or that the Website will be available without interruption. The Service Provider is not liable for: failure to deliver email for reasons attributable to the User or the User's email provider; damages arising from use of the Website, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Service Provider. This limitation of liability does not exclude consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
§9. Changes to the terms
The Service Provider may change these terms for important reasons (changes in law, changes to the scope or manner of providing the Service, technical changes). Users will be notified of any change by email to the address provided, at least 14 days in advance. During that period the User may terminate the agreement per §5 without any consequence. Failure to terminate within that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
§10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular: GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024, the Polish Act on Electronic Services, the Polish Civil Code, and the Polish Consumer Rights Act. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer residing in another EU Member State of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6(2)). The court with jurisdiction over disputes is the court determined by general provisions (for a consumer, the court of their place of residence). The privacy policy at /en/privacy/ is an integral part of these terms. This English translation is provided for convenience. The Polish version is the legally binding text in case of any discrepancy.
